Most injuries, chronic pain, and performance limitations don’t happen randomly.
They develop over time through imbalances in strength, posture, and movement patterns. When those imbalances aren’t addressed, the body compensates—leading to reduced performance, increased injury risk, and long-term dysfunction.
The ISOMetrix™ Performance & Rehabilitation Program is designed to evaluate these patterns and implement targeted strategies to restore movement efficiency, improve muscular balance, and rebuild strength and control.

━ The ISOMetrix™ Approach
Walking, exercising, and strengthening are all important. But they don't necessarily challenge your muscles in the same way. ISOMetrix™ looks at muscle function across three levels—and uses the appropriate combination of movement, voluntary strengthening, neuromuscular retraining, and device-assisted activation based on what your body needs.
━ what we may evaluate
Movement limitations are rarely caused by one isolated issue. Strength imbalances, posture, joint mechanics, muscle activation, and compensation patterns can all influence how efficiently your body moves, stabilizes, and performs. Evaluation is designed to identify where those breakdowns may be occurring so we can build a more targeted rehabilitation and performance plan.

Depending on the patient, evaluation may include:

Evaluate posture, structural alignment, and areas of excessive strain that may be contributing to inefficient movement or recurring discomfort.

Assess how your body moves through key patterns to identify restrictions, compensations, asymmetries, or inefficient mechanics.

Compare strength, stability, and muscular recruitment to identify weak links or imbalances between sides and muscle groups.

Evaluate how effectively muscles activate, coordinate, and stabilize during movement to identify areas where the body may be relying on compensation.

Assess whether limited mobility, poor joint control, or instability may be affecting movement quality, strength, or physical performance.

Review current or previous injuries and identify movement strategies the body may have developed to protect, avoid, or work around an underlying limitation.
Rather than looking at one painful area or weak muscle in isolation, ISOMetrix™ evaluates how posture, strength, mobility, stability, and neuromuscular control work together. These findings help identify where your body may be compensating and guide a more personalized plan to restore efficient movement, rebuild strength, and improve long-term performance.
━ Who This Program Is For
ISOMetrix™ is designed for individuals who want to improve how their body moves, performs, and recovers—especially when something still feels restricted, imbalanced, or “off.” Many individuals who come into this program are not starting from zero. They have already tried to get stronger, recover, or correct the problem. ISOMetrix™ is designed to look more closely at the movement and compensation patterns that may still be holding them back.

For those who want to improve strength, movement quality, coordination, and physical performance.

For those returning to activity after an injury who want to rebuild strength, control, and confidence.

For those dealing with recurring pain, stiffness, weakness, or movement patterns that continue to interfere with daily life or training.

For those experiencing discomfort, strain, or restricted movement related to posture, alignment, or muscular imbalance.

For those who want to move better, feel stronger, improve control, and build a more balanced physical foundation.

For those who have already trained, rehabilitated, stretched, or treated the problem—but still feel restricted, imbalanced, or prone to the same issues returning.
━ What Treatment May Include

Treatment is individualized based on your evaluation, movement patterns, physical limitations, and goals. Depending on your care plan, ISOMetrix™ may combine structural correction, neuromuscular retraining, targeted muscle development, and recovery support to help your body move more efficiently and perform with greater strength and control.
STRUCTURAL support
Improving Alignment & Movement Mechanics
Targeted strategies may be used to address posture, structural imbalance, and areas of excessive strain that can contribute to compensation, restricted movement, or recurring discomfort.
NEUROMUSCULAR RETRAINING
Retraining How Your Body Moves
Targeted movement and activation strategies help improve muscular coordination, stability, and control so the body can rely less on compensation and develop more efficient movement patterns.
TARGETED MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT
Building Strength Where It Matters
When appropriate, technologies such as Emsculpt Neo®, TruFlex®, and Emsella® may be incorporated to target specific muscle groups, support activation, and reinforce strength and stability in areas identified during your evaluation.
RECOVERY SUPPORT
Supporting Adaptation & Tissue Recovery
Depending on individual needs, supplementation, peptide support, and other recovery strategies may be considered to support tissue health, physical recovery, and the body's ability to adapt to progressive rehabilitation and training.
INTEGRATED CARE
Correct. Retrain. Strengthen. Progress.
Rather than treating one painful area or weak muscle in isolation, ISOMetrix™ brings multiple strategies together around the movement patterns identified during your evaluation. Your plan is progressively adjusted as strength, control, mobility, and function improve.
━ How the Program Works
Your care plan is built around your symptoms, clinical findings, and goals, then adjusted over time based on your response, progress, and day-to-day function.

Consultation & Movement Evaluation
We begin by understanding your history, goals, and current limitations.

Structural & Performance Evaluation
Assessment may include posture analysis, strength testing, and movement pattern evaluation.

Targeted Rehabilitation & Performance Plan
A targeted plan is created to support mood stability, stress regulation, mental energy, motivation, and overall emotional resilience.

Ongoing Progression & Optimization
Progress is tracked and strategies are adjusted based on performance and response.
━ Why This Program Is Different
Pain, weakness, stiffness, and recurring injuries are often treated at the location where symptoms appear. But the area that hurts is not always the area driving the problem.
Changes in posture, mobility, muscular balance, joint stability, and neuromuscular control can cause the body to adapt around a limitation—creating compensation patterns that place additional strain elsewhere.
Rather than focusing on one muscle, joint, or painful area in isolation, ISOMetrix™ evaluates how your body moves as a connected system.
By identifying where movement begins to break down, we can build a personalized plan designed to correct inefficient patterns, retrain coordination, rebuild balanced strength, and help your body move with greater control and resilience.

Not necessarily. For some patients, ISOMetrix™ complements an existing routine. For others, training may need to be temporarily modified while specific movement patterns, weaknesses, or limitations are addressed. Recommendations are based on your evaluation and goals.
Not exactly. ISOMetrix™ incorporates rehabilitation principles, but takes a broader approach by evaluating movement patterns, posture, muscular balance, neuromuscular control, strength, and performance together. The goal is not only to help you recover, but to improve how your body moves and performs as a whole.
That is common. Being active or strong does not necessarily mean every muscle is activating, stabilizing, or coordinating efficiently. ISOMetrix™ can help identify imbalances or compensation patterns that may still be limiting performance or contributing to recurring issues.
It may be appropriate when recurring discomfort is associated with movement limitations, muscular imbalance, poor stability, or compensation patterns. The goal is to evaluate the broader movement system rather than assuming the painful area is always the source of the problem.
Most ISOMetrix™ plans are designed around a 3–6 month progression. The exact length depends on your starting point, goals, physical findings, and how your body responds over time.
If you are dealing with movement limitations, recovering from injury, or want to improve strength and performance in a more structured way, the first step is understanding how your body is functioning. A consultation helps determine whether the ISOMetrix™ Performance & Rehabilitation Program is the right fit and what next steps may be most appropriate.
